Brave Women Awards: OTB Foundation's awards for the female leaders of the future

OTB Foundation ETS, together with the University of Padua and other universities, has created a long-term project to support the university career of deserving female students who meet the requirements to receive financial aid, to help train a new generation of women who will hold managerial and top management roles in the future. For this very reason, eleven two-year study awards have been established to support the commitment of female students in the master’s degree courses in Government Sciences and Public Policies, International Relations and Diplomacy, Accounting Finance and Business Consulting, Applied Economics, and Management for Sustainable Firms.

The University of Padua places the right to education at the center of its policies, promoting actions that guarantee equal opportunities for access to university education, through incentives and scholarships for students.

Thanks to the fundamental contribution of donors, more and more deserving students and students today receive concrete support to complete their studies and build their future.
