“The study awards are an investment in the potential of these students, to whom we are happy to offer the tools to make their dreams come true. With the awards, we also wanted to remember and highlight the example of our Alessia Lovato, who was educated at this University, inspiring future generations of electronic engineers. The synergy between companies and universities is fundamental to create an ecosystem that fosters the development of talent and a virtuous path of innovation, and the solid collaboration existing between Infineon and the University of Padua is an effective testimony to this.”

Growing talents: Infineon Technologies Italia alongside engineering students

Infineon Technologies Italia S.r.l., the Italian branch of the German company manufacturing semiconductor electronic components, has continuously confirmed its trust in the young students at our University since 2019. Thanks to the establishment of two study awards for those enrolled in the master’s degree courses in “ICT for Internet and multimedia” and two additional study awards in memory of Alessia Lovato for those enrolled in the master’s degree courses in “Electronic Engineering”, the company offers concrete support to the passion of numerous young talents every year.
