Elisabetta Canale and Paolo Castorina and their commitment to melanoma research

Thanks to the donation of Elisabetta Canale and Paolo Castorina, it was possible to finance an innovative preclinical and translational research project in the study of the progression and recurrence of melanoma. The project was launched at the Department of Surgical, Oncological and Gastroenterological Sciences under the scientific responsibility of Prof. Simone Mocellin and involves the laboratory team of Prof. Massimo Santoro from the Department of Biology. One of the researchers involved is Pietro Lugato.
