The right to education

Thanks to the generous contribution of Enel Green Power Italia S.r.l., the University of Padua
has awarded two degree awards to two students of the master’s degree courses in Electronic
Engineering and Energy Engineering who obtained the degree in the academic year 2023/24.

The project

Enel Green Power Italia awards to support innovation in the energy sectors, in memory of Eng. Scandellari

This initiative was created to honor the memory of Eng. Adriano Scandellari, who graduated in Electronic Engineering in 1991 from our University, and to support research and innovation in the energy sectors.

The awards were awarded to the two best degree theses on strategic topics for the future of
the sector: “Dynamic simulation of an integrated system of thermal storage of electricity with Aspen Plus Dynamics” and “Balancing techniques of the Flying-Capacitor of a three-level Buck converter at low load current”.

Through this collaboration, the University of Padua and Enel Green Power Italia S.r.l. confirm
their commitment to enhance young talents and promote innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.
